Parker Diagnostic Test Port Quick Couplings provide easy connection for gauges or specialized diagnostic equipment like Senso Control. Typically, PD, PDP or EMA3 nipples are permanently mounted in the system at threaded test ports, in rigid tubing or in hose assemblies. Mating couplers are attached to test instruments. PD and PDP couplers use locking balls to secure the couplers to the mating nipples without threading, so gauges, transducers and other test equipment can be snapped into place without difficulty. EMA3 style couplings are thread to connect and have a higher rated pressure (9000 PSI). Diagnostic Test Couplings are mainly used as Measuring Systems for Pressure Monitoring of fluid and gaseous pressure systems. & will provide ease of flexibility in positions & distance.Test couplings are used for gas filling valve for nitrogen accumulators for Military application Test couplings are used for gas pressure control systems as test points for gas & water industries.

Test couplings & Test hoses are used up to 700 bar Test pressure for general purpose application in all industries.Test couplings are suitable for hydraulic oils & other mineral oil based fluids as well as for gaseous also.Test couplimgs & hoses can used for venting in hydraulic piping systems.Test hoses are prepared from Polyamide materials and temp. range up to -35 0 C to + 100 0 C Test couplings are manufactured from Carbon steel & stainless steel grades as per requirements.Test couplings & test hoses are available with steel caps as well as plastic caps.Test couplings & test hoses are available in Tee / Elbow / Union / Msc / banjo /Socket weld types.
